Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Yes, once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email along with your order ID number.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is worldwide, on average our customers receive orders from 14-28 business days. This is an average estimated time frame. We are experiencing slower rates at this current time, and depending on where you ship to, your package may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. We are working hard to get them to you as quickly as possible.
How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that it can take up to 3-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated.

Priority processing means your order will skip the line-up and be the first order that we process that working day so it will be the first that we ship out.

Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the item. It is then up to the postal system to get it to you responsibly. This includes lost and stolen packages. If you are curious where your order is, our team will happily track your order along the way to let you know the current status.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not accept refunds or cancellations after 24 hours of your order. If your item arrived damaged, please send us a picture and we will promptly send you a new case. Due to the current pandemic, we are not accepting exchanges for the safety of our staff and customers. We will issue you a coupon for the correct size.
